The property features modern, well-maintained townhomes in a quiet, safe community with strong leasing-stage experiences. However, residents report significant communication challenges with management and maintenance responsiveness, including difficulty reaching staff by phone, delayed security deposit refunds, and inconsistent service request handling. Early positive experiences during move-in contrast with ongoing operational issues that have frustrated longer-term residents.
Management responsiveness is inconsistent, with residents reporting significant difficulties reaching office staff by phone and in person, particularly regarding maintenance requests and post-move-out communication. Security deposit refunds have been delayed beyond the standard 30-day period without explanation or status updates. Positive experiences center on leasing staff assistance during the application and touring process, though service quality appears to have declined under newer management.
Resident experiences with building quality and management service vary significantly. One resident praised well-constructed units and the neighborhood, while another reported frustration with current management responsiveness and maintenance support availability. Communication and service request handling appear to be key differentiators in resident satisfaction.
The property benefits from a well-maintained neighborhood setting with convenient access and appeal. Leasing staff provided responsive support during the application and touring process, contributing to a positive initial experience.
