This property has experienced persistent challenges across maintenance responsiveness, security, and facility upkeep over many years. Residents consistently report slow work order completion, inadequate parking, pest control issues, and safety concerns including break-ins and crime in the surrounding area. While some residents appreciate the spacious floor plans and lakeside setting, management transitions and communication gaps have contributed to unresolved maintenance backlogs and resident frustration.
Residents report mixed experiences with management responsiveness and staff professionalism. While some residents praise friendly office staff and describe management as helpful and family-like, others cite slow response times to maintenance requests, frequent staff turnover, and inconsistent follow-through on promised repairs and improvements. Communication gaps and delayed work order completion are recurring concerns, though a subset of residents report satisfactory interactions with office personnel.
Maintenance response times are significantly delayed, with residents reporting work orders taking weeks or months to complete and service calls frequently missed or rescheduled. Common issues include leaks, HVAC malfunctions, plumbing problems, and appliance failures that persist despite multiple service requests. Staff communication regarding maintenance emergencies is inconsistent, and residents report difficulty reaching maintenance personnel to schedule or follow up on repairs.
Residents report significant challenges with amenities and shared spaces, particularly pool closures lasting multiple seasons and inconsistent availability. Parking remains a persistent concern, with insufficient spaces and enforcement issues. Laundry facilities are frequently described as poorly maintained and non-functional, while common areas show signs of deferred upkeep including debris and litter. Management transitions and inconsistent follow-through on promised improvements contribute to resident dissatisfaction with facility maintenance and operations.
Reviews reflect significant concerns about building condition and maintenance responsiveness. Recurring issues include water leaks affecting multiple areas, warped cabinetry and countertops, noise transmission between units, and delayed or incomplete maintenance responses. One positive review noted the property as quiet with friendly staff, though most selected reviews reported substantial physical and operational deficiencies.
The property offers spacious units but faces significant location and access challenges. Parking availability falls short of promised allocations, requiring residents to park at distances from their units. The surrounding neighborhood presents safety concerns, with reported incidents affecting resident security and comfort.
