Residents report a mixed experience with notably strong office staff performance during leasing and move-in, but significant ongoing concerns about unit maintenance, pest control, and water damage. Recent renovations and new management have improved some aspects, though recurring issues with appliances, plumbing, and pest management persist. Location and competitive pricing are viewed favorably, but maintenance responsiveness and property condition remain primary pain points.

Management responsiveness and professionalism vary significantly at this property. Positive experiences center on leasing staff communication, helpfulness during the application and move-in process, and willingness to work with applicants. However, negative reviews cite delayed move-ins, billing account errors, unresponsive office staff, and inconsistent policy enforcement. Recent reviews suggest some improvement in communication and staff professionalism, though concerns about office availability and follow-up remain.

Maintenance responsiveness and follow-through are inconsistent across the property. While some residents report positive experiences with maintenance staff professionalism and communication, others describe recurring issues including water leaks, non-functional appliances, pest problems, and delayed or incomplete repairs. Several residents report multiple work orders for similar issues, suggesting underlying property conditions or repair quality concerns.

Residents report significant building maintenance and condition issues, including persistent pest infestations, non-functional appliances, and water damage from leaks. Noise insulation is inadequate, and work orders for repairs are frequent with slow response times. The property shows visible wear and aging infrastructure despite periodic rent increases.

The property benefits from a convenient location with good access to schools, grocery shopping, and highway entry. Residents appreciate the proximity to essential services and competitive rental pricing relative to comparable properties in the area.
