Memorial Creek

Memorial Creek Apartments receives mixed feedback reflecting a property with strong location and amenities but inconsistent service delivery. Positive reviews highlight responsive maintenance staff and friendly office personnel, while negative reviews cite delayed repairs, communication gaps, maintenance quality issues, and fee concerns. The property's condition and service reliability appear to vary significantly by timeframe and management changes.

Management responsiveness and communication are highly polarized at this property. Positive reviews consistently praise professional, attentive office staff and responsive maintenance teams who resolve issues promptly. Negative reviews frequently cite poor communication (unreturned calls and emails), delayed or incomplete maintenance responses, and inconsistent service delivery—particularly with valet trash, pest control, and grounds maintenance. Staff professionalism and follow-up appear to vary significantly, with some residents reporting excellent experiences while others describe management as dismissive or unhelpful.

Maintenance service quality is highly variable, with recent improvements noted by long-term residents. Many reviews praise responsive, professional repairs and friendly staff, particularly for emergency work orders and appliance fixes. However, a significant minority report extended delays (days to weeks), incomplete repairs, work orders marked complete without service, and poor communication regarding timelines and follow-up.

Amenities at this property are a mixed experience. Positive reviews highlight a spacious gym with 24-hour access, a pool, in-unit laundry, and responsive maintenance. However, negative reviews frequently report the pool being closed for extended periods, parking challenges, pest issues, and inconsistent upkeep of common areas including the dog park and grounds.

Residents report significant concerns with building maintenance responsiveness, particularly regarding mold, water leaks, and structural issues that sometimes remain unresolved for extended periods. Noise transmission between units is a recurring complaint, though some residents report adequate sound insulation. Pest control and cleanliness standards are inconsistent, with reports of mold, roaches, and inadequate trash service despite paid fees. Positive experiences highlight responsive maintenance crews and updated unit finishes when issues are promptly addressed.

The property benefits from a convenient location near major roads, highways, shopping, and dining options that residents appreciate for accessibility. However, parking availability is a significant concern, with limited spaces requiring paid garage options or distant parking. The area offers good walkability to nearby stores and services within 1-2 miles, though some residents note highway noise. Fees beyond base rent and enforcement of community policies are recurring frustrations.
