The Manor at Weston

The Manor at Weston offers spacious apartments in a convenient location with strong leasing office service, but residents report persistent pest control issues including roaches, silverfish, and occasional mice. While many praise the property's amenities, parking, and staff responsiveness during move-in, concerns about maintenance responsiveness, noise levels, and billing accuracy have emerged among longer-term residents.

Management and leasing staff receive consistently high praise for responsiveness, professionalism, and attentiveness during the application and move-in process. However, residents report significant concerns about maintenance responsiveness, billing accuracy, lease enforcement consistency, and office availability during business hours. Long-term residents note a decline in property upkeep and pest control effectiveness despite monthly fees.

The property benefits from a convenient location near shopping, dining, and grocery options, with proximity to major transit routes and airport access. Covered parking is consistently praised as a significant advantage. However, some residents have reported pest control issues in certain units, particularly those near adjacent restaurants, which significantly impacted their living experience despite the otherwise appealing location and amenities.

The property offers well-regarded amenities including a pool, gym, outdoor grills, and covered parking that residents frequently praise. However, maintenance and common-area upkeep have become inconsistent concerns, with reports of pest control issues in shared spaces, parking garage leaks, and declining cleanliness standards in hallways and trash areas. Staff responsiveness to maintenance requests and shared-space conditions appear to vary significantly by timeframe and location within the complex.

Residents report significant building quality concerns, particularly severe and persistent pest infestations including roaches, silverfish, and mice that continue despite paid pest control services. Common issues include declining cleanliness in shared areas, inconsistent maintenance responsiveness, parking garage leaks, and mold odors in some units. While some residents note the location and staff friendliness, the pest problem and overall upkeep deterioration are the dominant concerns affecting livability.

Maintenance responsiveness and quality vary significantly at this property. Positive reviews highlight quick response times and thorough work, while negative reviews report unaddressed requests and delayed HVAC repairs lasting over a week. Communication about maintenance entry timing and follow-through on management commitments have been inconsistent concerns.
