Resident experiences at this property are mixed, with strong appreciation for responsive maintenance and staff helpfulness contrasting with concerns about aging infrastructure, rising rents, and maintenance issues. Resident experiences at this property are mixed, with strong appreciation for responsive maintenance and staff helpfulness contrasting with concerns about aging infrastructure, rising rents, and maintenance issues. While some long-term residents report satisfaction, newer or departing residents cite outdated appliances, thin walls, flooring problems, and significant rent increases as primary frustrations. Property condition and affordability emerge as the most pressing concerns across reviews.
Management responsiveness to maintenance concerns is inconsistent. While maintenance staff customer service is noted as helpful, leasing office staff are reported as unresponsive to resident concerns. Communication and follow-up on recurring issues like flooring repairs appear to lack durability, requiring repeated service calls.
The building features aging finishes and materials that residents note require updates, particularly in bathrooms and flooring. Thin walls present noise concerns for some residents. Maintenance staff respond to repair requests, though recurring issues with flooring adhesion persist despite repeated service calls.
Maintenance staff are responsive and courteous when addressing work orders. However, recurring issues with flooring material—which lifts and creates trip hazards—require repeated calls for replacement, and the same material is reinstalled without resolving the underlying adhesion problem. Bathroom and kitchen fixtures and cabinetry are outdated and would benefit from upgrades.
