Residents consistently praise the leasing and maintenance staff for responsive, professional service and strong communication. However, persistent concerns about pest control, aging building infrastructure, and deposit handling issues significantly impact the overall experience. The property offers a convenient location with ongoing renovations and community amenities, but structural maintenance challenges and fee transparency remain problematic for some residents.
Management responsiveness and customer service quality vary significantly at this property. Positive experiences highlight professional, attentive office staff who communicate clearly and resolve issues promptly, while negative experiences cite unresponsive management, delayed maintenance responses, and billing issues that persist after move-out. Maintenance staff consistently receive praise for efficiency and professionalism across reviews. Communication gaps and follow-through on service requests emerge as recurring concerns among dissatisfied residents.
Most residents report positive maintenance experiences, with service requests typically completed promptly and staff responsiveness praised. However, a minority of reviews cite delayed work order completion, unresolved plumbing and HVAC issues, and communication gaps between office staff and maintenance. First-floor units appear more prone to recurring plumbing and water-related problems.
The property offers a pool as its primary amenity, though access is limited to office hours (9am-5pm). Residents report mixed experiences with maintenance responsiveness, though grounds upkeep is generally noted as adequate. Significant concerns center on pest control effectiveness, aging building infrastructure, and management communication and responsiveness to maintenance requests. Rental pricing is perceived as high relative to amenities and condition.
Residents report significant pest control issues, particularly cockroach infestations that persist despite weekly treatment. Building maintenance concerns include mold, water damage, flooring problems, and frequent A/C failures. Noise from neighbors and limited amenity access (pool hours restricted to office hours) are recurring complaints. One long-term resident reported positive maintenance experiences, though overall sentiment reflects ongoing structural and operational challenges.
The property benefits from a convenient location with nearby retail access, including a grocery store across the street and multiple restaurants. However, reviews indicate significant concerns about maintenance issues, particularly on lower floors, and questions about overall value relative to pricing and service quality.
