Residents report mixed experiences at this property. Positive reviews highlight spacious, well-maintained units with responsive maintenance and friendly staff, along with appealing amenities including pools, gym, and community spaces. However, recurring concerns include noise from neighbors and nearby traffic, pest issues, parking challenges, high and frequently increasing rent, and inconsistent enforcement of community rules. Management responsiveness and fee transparency have been points of contention across multiple review periods.
Management and office staff receive consistently positive feedback for responsiveness, professionalism, and customer service orientation, with many residents reporting issues resolved within 24 hours. However, some residents report communication gaps, unresponsiveness to specific requests, and inconsistent enforcement of community policies. Billing practices and move-out charges are a recurring concern, with residents reporting unexpected fees and disputes over deposit deductions.
Residents consistently praise the property's amenities, including 24/7 gym access, pools, and well-maintained grounds. However, reviews highlight ongoing concerns about amenity maintenance and enforcement—fitness equipment requiring repairs, pool closures without notice, and limited security oversight of shared spaces. Parking availability and associated fees are frequently mentioned as challenges.
Residents report mixed experiences with building quality. While some praise newly constructed units with good insulation and modern finishes, others note issues with cheap materials, aging appliances, and pest problems. Common concerns include noise from neighbors and maintenance areas, inconsistent upkeep of common spaces, and appliance noise levels. Positive feedback highlights responsive maintenance and well-maintained grounds in some periods.
Maintenance response times are inconsistent, with some residents reporting quick repairs while others experienced significant delays in addressing issues like broken fitness equipment, plumbing problems, and lighting repairs. When maintenance does arrive, work quality varies—some repairs are completed satisfactorily on the first visit, while others require follow-up visits. Communication about maintenance status and facility closures is often inadequate, leaving residents uncertain about timelines and resolution.
Residents consistently praise the neighborhood as quiet and safe with good access to amenities. The property features well-maintained common areas, 24/7 gym access, and responsive management and maintenance staff. One resident noted concerns about unsecured garbage areas attracting external activity.
