The property features desirable amenities including a lake, pool, and HOA access, creating a peaceful residential environment that appeals to families.

Management experiences at this property are highly polarized. Positive reviews consistently praise office staff responsiveness, professionalism, and helpfulness during leasing and move-in processes, with maintenance staff receiving strong marks for quick response times. However, negative reviews report concerns about inconsistent policy enforcement, communication breakdowns, billing disputes, and confrontational interactions with management, with some residents describing the experience as stressful and unfair.

Maintenance at this property receives consistently high marks for responsiveness, professionalism, and quality work. Residents report work orders completed same-day or next-day, with technicians arriving promptly, communicating clearly about timelines, and leaving areas clean after repairs. HVAC, plumbing, and appliance issues are handled efficiently, though a small number of reviews report slower response times or unresolved maintenance concerns.

Amenities and shared spaces receive mixed feedback. Positive reviews highlight well-maintained pools, gyms, dog facilities, and responsive maintenance teams. Negative reviews cite extended amenity downtime (pool closures, broken barbecues), inconsistent trash valet service with rising fees, common-area upkeep issues, and concerns about security and access control.

The property benefits from a highly desirable location near schools, shopping, and a lake within walking distance, which residents consistently highlight as a major advantage. Proximity to amenities and the surrounding neighborhood character are strong draws. However, some residents report noise concerns from neighboring units and vehicles, though maintenance is generally responsive to requests.

Building maintenance is responsive to repair requests. Noise from neighboring units and external sources (vehicles, pets on balconies) is a recurring concern that management has limited ability to address without specific unit identification. Interior finishes are generally well-maintained, though some residents note that common areas like stairs and floors could benefit from repainting, and garbage storage capacity is insufficient for some unit sizes.
