Resident experiences are mixed, with strong praise for maintenance responsiveness, unit quality, and friendly staff balanced against significant concerns about fee transparency, pest control issues, and management consistency. Many residents report positive interactions with maintenance and appreciate modern, well-maintained units, while others cite hidden fees that substantially increase advertised rent and ongoing pest management problems. Communication and staff professionalism vary notably across reviews.
Management responsiveness and staff professionalism are inconsistent across this property. Positive experiences highlight friendly, attentive office and maintenance staff who address requests promptly, while negative experiences cite communication delays, staffing turnover, billing errors, and unclear fee disclosures. Several residents report significant gaps between advertised rent and actual monthly costs due to undisclosed fees, and some describe delayed responses to maintenance requests and notices.
Maintenance responsiveness varies significantly at this property. Recent reviews highlight quick response times and thorough work completion, with staff communicating projected timelines and cleaning up after repairs. However, older reviews document extended delays on work orders, unresolved maintenance requests, and issues with follow-through on recurring problems like plumbing and pest control.
Building condition and maintenance responsiveness have declined noticeably, particularly following recent management transition. Residents report pest control issues, aging appliances, water damage in parking areas, and delayed maintenance responses. While the property maintains basic cleanliness, upkeep and repair turnaround times have become inconsistent concerns.
