Renew One Eleven shows a stark divide in resident experiences. Recent reviews (2019-2020) consistently praise responsive maintenance, helpful leasing staff, clean grounds, and quality amenities including pools, gym, and dog park at competitive pricing. However, older reviews (2020-2026) report serious recurring issues: pest infestations, maintenance delays, inconsistent management communication, gate security failures, and concerns about unit cleanliness at move-in. The property appears to have undergone significant management changes and improvements, though some residents report ongoing challenges with pest control and facility maintenance.
Management and leasing office staff receive consistent praise for professionalism, friendliness, and responsiveness to resident needs. The office team is noted for efficient move-in processes, quick problem resolution, and accessibility. Maintenance staff are frequently highlighted for timely service and courteous interactions. However, some residents report communication gaps regarding billing changes and service notifications.
Residents consistently praise the property's amenities, including two pools, fitness center, dog park, and basketball court, along with well-maintained grounds and common areas. The gated community design and proximity to retail and transit are frequently highlighted as conveniences. Some residents note occasional maintenance concerns with amenity access and upkeep, though most report responsive staff and prompt service.
Maintenance response times are consistently fast, with most work orders completed within 24 hours or less. Residents report that maintenance staff are professional, friendly, and thorough in completing repairs for appliances, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance issues. The maintenance team is noted for leaving apartments clean after work and addressing requests promptly.
Residents consistently praise the property's location for its proximity to public transit, retail businesses, grocery stores, and restaurants. The neighborhood is described as friendly and convenient, with the property situated on or near main commercial areas. Residents appreciate the accessible location combined with on-site amenities like pools and gym facilities.
Both selected reviews report severe pest control issues, including roaches throughout units and common areas, despite monthly pest control charges. Reviewers also cite deteriorated unit finishes including chipped cabinets, peeling paint, broken doors, and non-functional appliances that do not match move-in expectations or advertised condition.
