Taiga Twins offers a spacious, quiet, and well-maintained community in a convenient location with responsive management and friendly residents. Most residents praise the professional and accommodating staff, timely maintenance response, and clean common areas. Some concerns include aging building infrastructure, occasional plumbing issues, and limited enforcement of noise policies, though these issues affect a minority of residents.
Management staff are consistently praised for professionalism, responsiveness, and availability, with residents noting that staff make themselves accessible and handle requests promptly. However, one prospective resident encountered scheduling coordination issues and found the online office availability information inaccurate. Overall, the management team is a significant positive factor for current residents, though operational communication systems may need improvement.
The property offers a walkable location with convenient access to downtown and nearby parks, plus covered parking and heated walkways. Residents appreciate the quiet, safe neighborhood and proximity to amenities. However, location advantages are offset by concerns about building maintenance issues and hallway conditions.
Building condition and maintenance are significant concerns, with residents reporting structural issues including ceiling cracks, window leaks, and aging finishes that deteriorate quickly after repair attempts. However, cleanliness standards are maintained in common areas, and one resident noted the property is consistently clean. The primary complaint centers on deferred maintenance and the need for comprehensive property updates rather than temporary fixes.
Maintenance experiences at this property show mixed results. One resident reported responsive and timely repair completion, while another noted recurring issues with building maintenance including window leaks and ceiling cracks that persist seasonally. Response time and follow-through appear inconsistent across different maintenance concerns.
