We are currently in the process of working with residents to convert this community into a Limited Equity Housing Cooperative. As a resident, you will become part of a neighborhood corporation where members collectively own and democratically control the entire housing complex—not just individual units. As a resident at Cedar Place, each member has the rights of a home-owner and votes to make decisions for the entire development. You'll be able to participate in governance of a permanently affordable housing development. Please note: Cedar Place is an income-qualified community. Households must meet income eligibility requirements within 60%–80% of the Area Median Income (AMI), based on household size. All new residents must also be willing to become cooperative members and participate in the required cooperative education. Choose from thoughtfully designed one- and two-bedroom apartment homes ranging from 506 to 690 square feet with washer/dryer connections.
