Our community has been renovated from top to bottom with new roofs, laundry facilities with new LG High Efficiency machines, freshly painted corridors with new hardwood flooring, energy efficient windows and patio doors, beautiful hardwood floors, neutral paint colors, new appliances, swimming pool, and much more to come. At Lighthouse Management, LLC, we strive to provide an experience that is cost-effective and convenient. That’s why we provide a Resident Benefits Package (RBP) to address common headaches for our residents and provide must-have services for our renters. The RBP includes pest control, air filter delivery, resident rewards, ID protection, utility setup assistance, credit building and more at a rate of $40.00/month. Residents have the option to personalize some components during onboarding, which may increase or decrease the monthly amount. More details upon application.
