Resident experiences at this property are mixed. Positive reviews highlight responsive management and maintenance, clean move-in conditions, and a convenient location. However, negative reviews report significant structural issues including recurring water intrusion and flooding, unresolved maintenance concerns, high move-out fees that substantially reduce deposit returns, and difficulty reaching leasing staff.

Residents report significant building maintenance issues, including recurring water intrusion and flooding in units during heavy rain due to improper grading and drainage problems. Water damage has affected flooring, closets, and trim, with limited remediation efforts. Additional concerns include poor insulation leading to noise transmission between floors, window condensation issues, and limited ventilation options.

Parking availability is a significant concern at this location, with residents reporting competition for spots due to nearby businesses and frequent displacement for maintenance or weather-related lot closures. The property's location presents parking logistics challenges that may impact daily convenience.

This property has significant water intrusion and drainage issues, particularly affecting ground-floor units during heavy rain and after drain backups, with limited remediation efforts reported. Common area amenities are minimal, and the property charges multiple fees (move-out, common area, trash) that substantially reduce security deposit returns. Management responsiveness to maintenance requests has been inconsistent, though maintenance staff performance is noted positively.

Management and leasing staff are reported as unresponsive and difficult to reach, with communication challenges including delayed responses and phone tag requirements. Residents report that maintenance requests have been mishandled, including deletion of open requests from tenant profiles, and that move-out fees and various charges significantly reduce security deposit returns. Billing practices include move-out fees ($150), cleaning charges ($85), and common area fees despite limited amenities, which residents describe as nickel-and-diming.
