Unit 201 at 300 State Street

300 State Street Downtown’s original loft property, 300 State Street was inspired by a Brownstone walk-up with exterior staircases and large private patios, seamlessly connecting residents to activity downtown. The easy-access private entrances makes this property pet-friendly for up to two pets. 300 State’s industrial interiors, seen in the polished concrete floors, vaulted 10 ft ceilings, exposed ductwork, and stainless accents, are offset with softer sustainable materials like the recycled paper countertops and spa-like tiled showers. Each of 300 State’s 21 lofts have bedrooms nested in the back toward the quiet river, and living spaces/patios oriented towards downtown, giving residents the best of both worlds. 300 State Street is pet-friendly for up to two pets per unit.
