Coastal Club offers appealing amenities, spacious layouts, and a generally safe community location, with staff frequently praised for helpfulness during leasing. However, the property faces significant challenges with maintenance responsiveness, incomplete repairs, cleanliness of common areas, and communication gaps—issues that intensified after recent management changes. Recurring concerns include A/C failures, trash and hallway upkeep, parking limitations, and billing discrepancies, which substantially impact resident satisfaction despite the property's physical appeal.
Management responsiveness and communication are inconsistent, with residents reporting delayed or unresolved maintenance requests, unresponsive email and phone contact, and billing communication gaps. While some residents praise helpful and friendly office staff during leasing and move-in, others describe a disconnect between front office and management decision-making that prevents issue resolution. Service quality appears to vary significantly by issue type and timing.
The property offers appealing amenities including a gym, pool, in-unit washer/dryer, and outdoor spaces that residents appreciate. However, maintenance responsiveness, common-area cleanliness, and parking availability are significant concerns, with multiple residents reporting unresolved maintenance requests, trash accumulation in hallways and parking areas, and insufficient parking spaces. Management communication and follow-up on service requests have declined according to recent reviews.
The property benefits from a safe, quiet neighborhood with convenient access to nearby schools, restaurants, and shopping. Residents consistently praise the location and amenities, though parking capacity is a noted limitation. The area is well-maintained and suitable for families, with responsive maintenance and helpful staff.
Maintenance response times are inconsistent, with residents reporting delays of several days to weeks for repairs and some work orders marked complete without actual completion. Common issues include recurring HVAC failures, incomplete repairs requiring multiple requests, and appliances or building systems (plumbing, dryer vents, smoke detectors) left unaddressed at move-in. While some residents report timely and quality service, the majority of feedback indicates reliability and follow-through concerns.
